Gong Bath in Coggeshall.

Lynne and I attended a wonderful Gong Bath in Coggeshall last night with Lexi Meechan from Gong Om. A relaxing guided mediation combined with a gong bath, pan pipes, flute and sound bowls. My daughter also came with us and at 13 thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was so relaxed she slept soundly through half of it! These mediation and vibration evenings are so recommended.
as the vibrations balances both hemispheres of the brain, cleanses negative energy and emotions, promotes deep relaxation, improves sleep, removes blockages and toxins, strengthens the immune system. to name just a few!
Come and join us in February when Lexi is holding one in Coggeshall Village Hall on Sunday 3rd and again in Earls Colne Village Hall on Friday 22nd. Both 7-8pm.
