The courses are are taught by Lynne's team of hand picked, specially trained, holistic therapists.

Anatomy & Physiology Diploma - £80.00 - home study course
Many of our courses require students to complete an Anatomy and Physiology diploma if you wish to become insured. The course is sent to you via email and consists of a manual and questionnaire. The questionnaire can be completed on line and emailed to us to be marked or printed off and completed and then posted back to us. Crystal Healing Course - £130.00 (one day course)
The Crystal Healing Course is for beginners. Students will be encouraged to place crystals on each other in order to aid healing. Students will learn how to use pendulums to diagnose problems and then be encouraged to use their initiative to select crystals to place in the body. We offer this course to practitioners that already are qualified in other therapies and have gained their anatomy and physiology diploma. We aim to help you to understand about the lymphatic system and how massage can help to maintain this system and so maintain the body. The Lymphatic Drainage Massage helps to define the body and give a slimmer more youthful loom to the whole body and also helps to eliminate waste products from the body. |

Navel Candling is a luxury treatment specifically for women that uses the prana the chi area which is the navel. The treatment warms internally to increase blood and lymph flow. Navel candling is also known as stomach or tummy candling. A hollow herbal candle is lighted and placed over the belly-button. During the candling process, a gentle and relaxing massage is applied to the abdominal area to aid in circulation. Reflexology is a therapy that uses the feet as a mirror of the whole body, from head to toe. When certain parts of the feet are manipulated and pressure is applied, the whole body can be brought into balance. These points are called ‘reflexes’ and when stimulated, bring about a response in another area of the body. Level 1 is a student's introduction into Reiki and is open to anyone. Students will learn about the history of Reiki and understand what the energy of Reiki is and about the five principles of Reiki. Students will be attuned to Reiki and then practice on each and helped to feel the energy of Usui Reiki flowing through them as the conduit and into another person. Swedish Massage is a traditional full body massage using a number of different massage techniques. During the course students will learn to provide a relaxing massage with attention paid to the therapists body dynamics. Warm Bamboo & Rosewood Facial Massage Course - £130.00 (one day course)
This is a rejuvenating facial using different warm bamboo sticks which are very light and easy to use. The facial also uses rosewood Thai sticks or rollers to smooth away wrinkles leaving an uplifted look and a younger looking face.
