Well after moving to Devon a few years ago I have decided to start running courses at The Mulberry Rooms in Abbotskerswell, near Newton Abbot. I am fussy about where I run my courses and who teaches my courses, so when I went to view The Mulberry Rooms  I felt so welcome by Poppy and Blair that it was  a no brainer for me to  agree to start running courses at their  new and very serene well being centre.
The courses will be taught by me in either one of the cosy therapy rooms or in the studio for bigger classes such as Indian Head Massage which is always popular.

We pride ourselves at Foundry Barn in our professional yet personable approach to holistic training and we are starting the year off with our popular Hot Stones Massage Course being held here on Friday 11th January.  The course will run from 10am - 3pm.

This gorgeous Hot Stone Therapy Massage course will teach you an incredibly effective and healing massage that is used by many as a treatment for a variety of ailments, both mental and physical.
You will learn to perform the treatment competently to relieve muscle-tension and the purpose of how the hot stones work within the massage technique.

We have put together our training programme for January and February of 2019.  This includes our holistic training courses in Hot Stones, Indian Head, Reiki 1, Warm Bamboo Facial etc but we also have a couple of wonderful workshops lined up including  evening sound baths, morning Natural  Solutions to Menopause talks and a morning of meditation.

We are proud to offer a variety of courses and workshops but if there is something you would like to train in or the courses dates don't work for you then please do let me know and we will try to accommodate you as far as we can.

Today we have been offering wonderful hour long holistic treatments with Lynne. 
Clients can choose from a full body massage, reflexology, reiki, Indian Head Massage or a combination of these with most clients selecting a combination of reflexology and Indian Head.

We try to offer these treatment days monthly and they get booked up very fast - one hour costs £40.00.
"Lynne is just a human angel!", said one client as she left this morning!

We have had a wonderful December training a number of truly lovely individuals.  Some of who were returning to gain more holistic knowledge from Lynne and also some lovely new faces.  We love to meet old friends and new here at Foundry Barn and our aim is to make your holistic training journey easy, fun and  worthwhile as we know that time is precious to you all.

This month Lynne has trained a number of  students in Aromablend and Warm Bamboo and Rosewood Facial Massage.  Both courses were delightfully received and we are hosting them again next year.

We also had a day here with Lex Meechan who offered Reflexology and Gong Vibration Treatments  appointments.  One hour for £40.  These appointments booked up fast with clients "floating" away from the barn and vowing to return for this wonderful treatment.  Watch this space for dates in the New Year.
