Join us to understand how to develop and understand your spiritual intuition.
We will explore the knowledge you already have, developing your knowledge as the day progresses. Helping you understand the importance of opening and closing yourself spiritually - being focused on grounding and protecting yourself, to ensure you work safely whilst meditating and working spiritually. The day will help you to understand how your 5 senses (seeing, listening, touching, smells & tastes) can help you develop and how when used intuitively, will help your 6th sense to open and work spiritually. We will explore who your guides are and other spirit people who may help you on your journey. Topics will include: - Using and understanding the energy around us Using all your senses every day Exploring those in spirit who help us Different types of spiritual pathways
Joining us on a spiritual awareness day will give you skills that you can use on your own to develop at your own pace.
Have you always known that you have physic ability? Is it time to develop those skills? Join us on this 2 day (10 hours) course, to develop your mediumship skills, in a safe and calm environment. We will support you to develop your knowledge and gain new skills to work with spirit safely and with confidence. The following topics will be covered: - Grounding and protection – the most important part of the day Guides and Gatekeepers - understanding and working with spirit Working with energy – using the energy around us to understand when spirit is close Dowsing / Pendulums – using energy in other ways for answers Chakras Working with colour -how colour affects us in everyday lives
This course will encompass different areas of your day, allowing yourself to change thoughts and emotions to help you experience a better quality of life going forward. Our Mindfulness course offers learning, both shared experience and of learning from your own experience within the group. If you want to make some changes in your life but feel it seems scary to start, our mindfulness course can guide and support you on this journey – a journey back to yourself! Mindfulness also helps you become aware of yourself, which also gives you the mental space you need to make better decisions on how you respond to different circumstances. With an experienced mindfulness teacher, we can help you to pace yourself towards your own goals and offer additional sessions if you require more support. This course will give you the opportunity to reflect with us and your group, on your experiences after you have completed the course. We will offer a follow up day for this reflection.
